You take tofu (plain or smoked, if it’s plain you can put it in shoyu (soy sauce) mixed with green herbs for couple of minutes) and cut it into slices. Then you take flour and water and you make a batter, semi-liquid mixture which you can add some salt to, if you like. Then you take tofu slices and put them into batter and then into breadcrumbs. Then you fry the tofu in the oil. After it is fried you spray some lemon juice over it.
