Pete’s Potato Pouffas
Grate 6 potatoes
Small spoon salt, 1 cup flour, herbs, 2 small spoons oil, o.5 cup water (maybe add some more if too dry) MIX IN
(Add more flour if it looks necessary – to keep it all together, or if you like it more spongy. Experiment damn it!)
Spoon onto frying pan and fry one side at a time… vwalah.
OPTION add any leftovers to the mix in OR experiment with extra ingredients… eg aubergine, carrot, banana, etc
